No Monthly Subscription Fee:
- Boutiques under this plan will not be charged any monthly or annual subscription fees.
Transaction-Based Charges:
- A 2% commission will be charged on every successful online sale made through the boutique’s Fittara-powered website.
- This will be invoiced per customer transaction.
Feature Limitations:
- Certain advanced features such as 3D visualization, photo cataloguing, and CRM automation are not available in this plan.
Support Level:
- Standard email-based customer support will be available with a typical response time of 48 hours.
Upgrade Option:
- Boutique owners can upgrade to Growth or Elite plans at any time. Downgrades are only permitted at the end of a billing cycle.
Monthly Subscription Fee:
- A fixed monthly subscription fee of INR 5,000 is payable in advance. No refunds for partial usage.
GST Compliance:
- Fittara provides GST-compliant invoicing and support but is not responsible for boutique’s statutory compliance or filings.
Support Level:
- Email and chat support provided during business hours (Mon–Sat, 11 AM to 8 PM IST).
Data Usage & Privacy:
- Boutique data remains the property of the boutique, but anonymized aggregated insights may be used by Fittara for product improvement and benchmarking.
Monthly Subscription Fee:
- A fixed monthly subscription fee of INR 7,500 is payable in advance. No refunds for partial usage.
Marketing & Integration Support:
- Social media integration and festival/seasonal campaign templates are provided as self-service tools. Fittara does not run ads or campaigns on behalf of the boutique unless separately contracted.
Dedicated Support:
- Phone support and priority chat available on working days (Mon–Fri, 11 AM to 8 PM IST).
Intellectual Property:
- Boutique content, including photographs, text, and styles, remains the boutique’s property. Fittara may feature boutique pages in its promotional material with prior consent.
Customization Requests:
- Elite plan includes designer showcase page customization within the scope of predefined templates. Additional custom design/development is chargeable separately.
All plans include secure hosting and basic analytics. Additional charges may apply for third‑party integrations and payment processing, as described in each plan.
