   By making a payment on PurpleSeam, you agree to our payment terms. PurpleSeam offers a 30-day refund policy for eligible designs. Refund requests after the 30-day period will not be entertained, except in special circumstances as determined by PurpleSeam's sole discretion.
   
   Any customers who are eligible for refund will be issued the refund in 30 business days.
4. Shipping
   We aim to deliver all orders on time. Products are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary due to location, product availability, or courier delays. In case of any unexpected delay, we'll notify you and keep you updated. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
5. Content and Behavior Rules
   You are responsible for the content you post on PurpleSeam. You agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. PurpleSeam reserves the right to remove or modify any content that violates these rules.
